At SERCAP we support a diverse group of individuals and communities across our seven state service region. Life has a way of throwing curve balls at people and hardships can seem to come out of nowhere. It is during these difficult times we want you to call on us for help. We serve people and communities with needs related to water, wastewater, and structurally sound housing.
Are you a hardworking individual who has fallen on tough times? Has life thrown you a curveball lately, and you just need a little help to be able to bounce back? If so, we want to help you! We recognize that the people we serve are the backbone of our communities. They are our parents, our grandparents, our neighbors, and our friends; we cannot turn our backs on them. Here at SERCAP, we like to say that we serve those who have, for years, served us.
Communities and community leaders sometimes find themselves facing difficult and complex situations. Confronted with mounting economic concerns, declining populations, and limited resources, a community’s water and wastewater issues may seem insurmountable. This is when we step in. We work with town managers, mayors, town clerks, and other community leaders to determine needs, secure funding, and provide opportunities for structural and economic development. We help implement systems and processes that are sustainable for the long haul and foster economic growth. Services are available as both one time and continuing projects, as needed.
We love serving the people and communities of the Southeast portion of the United States. As a member of the National Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP), SERCAP serves all of the rural citizens of seven southeastern states: Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
